PROUD TO BE RAJBANSHI
Often I think of identity crisis of Rajbanshi speaking people. Question arises as to whether these people really feel proud to be Rajbanshi who had a brilliant history(Albeit, kept in obscurity for socio-political reasons) or just they are shying away leaving their identity too, in obscurity. Don't you think most of their literate and elite lot are shying away from coming to limelight. Aren't they afraid of coming in front of the media? In public, only handful of Rajbanshis are fighting for their rights and establish their identity If that be the case, why I should talk about Rajbanshi Pride? Going by the general trend, it is clear that people of Rajbanshi origin are on the verge of extinction. In this path of their suicidal path, people of other communities are sympathetic but non-committal. others are not going to spoon feed them to ask their just rights.
